Work process

We use agile development methodology. This means the workflow is broken into time blocks — sprints, usually lasting one to two weeks. By the end of each sprint we show a working product; in early stages — with minimal functionality that expands over time.

This approach makes development responsive — we can quickly make changes based on user feedback. The client sees results every few weeks, not just on the contract deadline.
